The Humane Society of the United States has certified us as a “Pets Are Welcome” (PAW) participant. We welcome ALL cats and dogs, regardless of breed or size!

Our Pet Policy

• The Oaks At Prairie View allows dogs and cats
• Two pets per apartment home
• A pet addendum and vet records are required
• All breeds and weights accepted upon interview

Pet Fees

• 1 pet: $25 monthly pet rent + $300 one-time nonrefundable fee
• 2 pets: $40 monthly pet rent + $400 one-time nonrefundable fee
